Andrea and Paolo were married Oct 13, 2018 at St. Andrew’s church in Etobicoke. It was a lovely ceremony followed by a gorgeous photo session at Black Creek Pioneer Village. Let’s just say this day couldn’t have been more perfect. From the getting ready portion in the morning straight through until the end of the night. Black Creek did not disappoint with the fabulous fall colours and warm-ish weather. We had such a great time with Andrea and Paolo – they were literally non-stop smiles, laughter and full out singing. That type of energy and joy is what makes us truly LOVE what we do.
PLUS: If you are looking for a great photo location – consider, Black Creek. Great textures, nice mix of buildings and nature and overall just such a fabulous and calm location for photos.
Now – we see ALOT of receptions and venues… but our jaws dropped when we walked into the Terrace and saw the amazing decor!!! (check it out below)
Patricia and Jason are two of the loveliest people and we were so excited when their wedding day came around. These two are HUGE hockey fans with a long standing HABS vs LEAFS rivalry – check out the cake LOL. The weather though, was nowhere close to a hockey weather wedding, as it was super HOT despite being Sept. Check out their sneak peek below 🙂
So finding the perfect photographer and cinematographers can be a daunting task. Not only do you have to LOVE the work you see, but you have to find people that you get along with. Let’s be honest, you will probably hang out with your photographers more than anyone else on your wedding day lol! Picking from a portfolio book or a quick phone call session might feel impossible… so we thought, let’s show all of our future bride and groom’s out there, what it’s like to work with us! We have shot over 1000 weddings and still find inspiration and fun in each one we do. After all, our job is to capture joy, fun, laughter and add to the good times 🙂
Check out the Behind the Scenes film – showcasing what its like to work with our team of talented artists.
Without a doubt, the best part of photographing weddings in Toronto is the multiculturalism. This summer we had the pleasure of photographing Christina and Justin’s traditional Korean ceremony, held at the gorgeous party room in their condo – could this get any more “Toronto?”. It was an awesome affair with their closest friends and family, wonderful outfits, hilarious games, karaoke, and gorgeous weather. Take a peek!

Congratulations to Hatice and Ryan who were married at City Hall in Toronto and then had an amazing party at Cluny Bistro in Distillery. We loved every minute of shooting this intimate affair. Surrounded by close family and friends, this wedding truly had it all. The wedding had a rustic French vintage theme because of the couples love for Paris and old movies. There was so much attention to detail – from old tea cups which they made into candles, tarnished silver platters, rustic pails for the flowers with soft pink and white flowers. AND… CHECK OUT the groom’s jacket – wow! Love Love Love!!!! A perfect compliment to the bride’s Galina wedding dress.

From the bride:
Jewelry/Rings: “My engagement ring was hand designed by Ryan by Brilliant Earth. He knows I’m socially conscious so he chose a diamond that was Canadian and conflict free. Our wedding bands are from People’s”.
Décor/Linens: “Chairman Mills for the linen and décor was handmade and shopped around vintage stores and online. Our theme is rustic vintage French because I love Paris and old movies and am a mushy romantic at heart. You’ll see elements of vintage with the old tea cups which we made into candles, tarnished silver platters, rustic with use of pails for the flowers, romance with the soft pink and white flowers flower, French because of the venue (Cluny Bistro) and pops of colour. My friend was sweet enough to hand make our seating chart which is an old frame which she painted and glued a new backing”.

Where do we start with the awesome-ness that is Verena and Bruce! These two got married on July 28, 2018 and boy do these two know how to throw a party 🙂 From the gorgeous backdrop of Edwards Gardens to the heartfelt ceremony to the fabulous dance party at the Parkview Manor – there was not a single dull moment.
We also did a same day edit for these two – and wow!

Congratulations to Jaana and Paul on a stunning summer wedding at Willow Springs Winery in Stouffville, Ontario. This Thursday wedding had it all – beautiful weather, stunning scenery, and two fabulous people completely in love. AND!!!! We found out that Jaana actually used her mother’s wedding dress from 1978 with a new lace overlay – how special is that! Absolutely adore that the wedding gown has so much meaning. Sheri and Joseph were married on June 24, 2018 at the Beth Emeth Synagogue in Toronto. The day started with quite a bit of rain and wind but ended in beautiful sunshine in the early evening. We love starting our weddings capturing the groom – there such an amazing energy with the guys – excitement, nerves, laughter and just plain goofing around. It was great vibes from the moment we arrived. We then headed out to meet Sheri at the synagogue. It was pure perfection – she was ready for us the moment we arrived. Once we captured all the details, we got Sheri dressed in the main hall where the window light and curtains are gloriously big. The rain just stopped in time for the reveal outside the synagogue. It was a wonderful wedding filled with family and friends ready to celebrate.
